The font selected by the control panel does not print.
Your software may be overriding your panel setting. Check
the font setting in your application program.

The wrong characters are printed.
The wrong character table or the wrong international
character set may be selected. Check the DIP-switch
settings. See page
3-8.
The print position is not what you expected.
l
Printing starts too high or too low on the page.
Adjust the top margin set by your application software.
Use Micro-feed to adjust the print position.
l
All the text is printed on the same line.
Set DIP switch
2-4
on so that the printer automatically
adds a line-feed code to each carriage return.
The text is printed with an extra blank line in between.
Two line-feed signals are being sent. Set DIP switch
2-4
off.
l
The page length does not match the length of your
continuous paper.
Change the page-length setting with DIP switches
2-1
and
2-2.
