Definitions:
Screen Data - The screen data is too large for the normal parkervision protocol. It is sent without any pro-
tocol wrapping. Immediately after sending this command the following packet will be returned...
[ Width ] [ Height ] [ Bitmap Data ]
Width = The LCD width in pixels ( 120 )
Height = The LCD height in pixels ( 80 )
Bitmap Data = Monochrome bitmap data of ( Width * Height ) / 8 in length. (1200 bytes)
