T-bar lever assembly removal
When replacing the top, install screws in sequence as shown:
T-bar lever assembly removal
To remove the T-bar lever assembly, first remove the T-bar lever handle and the top,
then work on the top unit separately, as illustrated.

Fasten center screw
to index top unit rear
Fasten center screw
to index top unit front
After top unit is indexed,
fasten remaining screws
