5. Install the three linkage plates (#5) with the
three flat head screws (#6) as shown, pointing
towards the front of the vehicle.

6. Make sure the direction of the airflow is cor-
rect on the Poweraid Spacer (#1), then with the
gasket (#4) on the throttle body side, slide the
Poweraid between the throttle body and the
intake manifold. Install the top bolt (#2) and
washer (#3) first, then the two bottom bolts and
washers.

Contact your nearest Airaid dealer for an Airaid Intake System for your car, truck or SUV.

3. Using a 4mm socket, remove the three studs
that hold the throttle body to the intake mani-
fold. No need to remove the throttle body, leave
it hang where it is.

4. Using a 5/16” socket, remove and save the
three bolts that hold the throttle cable bracket to
the intake manifold.

7. Re-install the bolts from step #4 into the
three linkage plates. Some adjusting of the link-
age plates may be required.

9. Re-install the intake tube and beauty cover. Refer to step
#1.

10.. Re-connect the negative battery cable!

Please refer to a nitrous oxide manufacturer for proper
application for your vehicle. Be sure to follow the manu-
facture’s instructions and warnings when using nitrous
oxide.

8. Inspect & test the throttle linkage for full open and
closed travel before driving. Some cruise and kickdown
cables may require adjustment. Please refer to vehicles
service manual for proper adjustment.
