Installation Instructions. Read Me!
1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.
2. Loosen hose clamps and slide off hose onto intake manifold and formed intake tube.
* Note: use 7/16 socket to remove hose clamps. (Ref. B & C)
3. Remove hose and install power plate (Ref. A) using illustration (Ref. D) for air direction.
* Note: Use a small amount of grease inside hose to install power plate. The edge of
the air “IN” of the power plate should be approximately 1” from end of hose.
4. Reinstall the hose power plate assembly and slide clamps to location. (Reverse of Step 2)
5. Before tightening hose clamps, be sure that power plate has engaged both intake mani-
fold and formed intake tube.
The sound of power...The “whistle” means its working!
