2.21.9 adsl vcilimit
This command can cancel the limit for vci value.
Some ISP might set the vci value under 32. In such case, we can cancel such limit manually by
using this command. Do not set the number greater than 254.
Example
> adsl vcilimit 33
change VCI limitation from 32 to 33.
