Inserter; see 5
After folding (or not folding) the documents are
transported to the inserter unit where the
documents are inserted into a envelope (not
inserted when processing without envelopes).
Automatic monitoring ensures the correct
number of inserts per envelope.
Present on deck; see 6
The documents inserted (or not) can leave the
inserter from the upper unit (present on deck)
when clearing the machine, making a test set or
depending on the OMR (Optical Mark Reading)
code.
Stacker; see 7
The documents inserted (or not) are transported
to the stacker or side exit depending on the
programmed job.The stacker automatically
stacks inserted documents. Via "Exit select
settings" the stacker can be selected.
Side exit; see 8
The documents inserted (or not) are transported
to the stacker or side exit depending on the
programmed job. The side exit can be used for
sorting and stacking of documents. Via "Exit
select settings" the side exit can be selected.
