Installation
Check and if necessary change settings
. Undo cross recess head screws A and swing up the housing cover B.
. Use pushbuttons K for setting the temperature limit T
MAX
(°C).
3. Use code switches F and G to set the system parameters.
4. Close the housing cover B and fasten the cross recess head screws A.

Note
After mounting the housing you must:

connect the temperature sensor,
n
set the temperature limit T
MAX
(°C) (see chapter “Commissioning”)
n
check and if necessary change the baud rate setting (see chapter “Wiring”)
n
check and if necessary change the system configuration (see chapter
“Commissioning”)
n
check and if necessary change the node ID (see chapter “Annex”)
The temperature transmitter TRV 5-40 is designed for wall mounting. Screw the four fixing lugs
supplied with the transmitter into the housing. You can now attach the equipment to the wall without
having to open the housing cover.
