Below you can see the basic range of BMI including brief description.

> 16,5
Heavy malnutrition
High risk of health complications.
16,5 – 18,5
Underweight
Increased risk of health complications.
18,5 – 25
Normal state
Average risk of health complications.
25 – 30
Overweight
Slightly increased risk of health complications.
It is advisable to increase physical activity;
regular exercise should solve the state reliably.
30 – 35
1st grade obesity
Average risk of health problems.
It would be most suitable to combine exercise
while changing eating habits.
35 – 40
2nd grade obesity
High risk of health complications.
It would be most suitable to combine exercise
while changing eating habits.
40 plus
3rd grade obesity
Very high health risks.
You should start with weight reduction as soon
as possible. Changing eating habits and regular
exercise is suitable. If you do not manage to
reduce your weight, it would be advisable to
seek medical assistance.
Note
The provided values are for reference only and they are only informative. Some people can
feel better when their BMI value is higher or lower than that of other people of the same

Retrieving result of measurement from the memory
1. Push the
MEM button to switch on the scales. The last used memory
number will start flashing on the display (e.g. 6).
2. Select the memory number with your personal data using
button
▲ or ▼ (e.g. 1).
3. Push the
MEM button again and the last measured weight
and CAL and BMI values will appear on the display.
You can switch between these two values by pushing
the
MEM button or they will start switching over automatically
after a moment.
