The lid cannot be
opened after the
steam has been
fully released
Safety valve B2 is still in the up
position
Using a suitable tool
(e.g. skewer) push the safety
valve into the down position
A large amount of
steam is escaping
around the edge
of the outer body
Lid B is not properly closed
Check the attachment of the lid
on the pressure cooker
Gasket B5 is not in its place
Place the gasket in the correct
place in the lid
There are food remains on the
gasket B5
Remove the gasket from the lid
and clean it (see Maintenance)
Gasket B5 is worn out or
damaged
Replace the damaged gasket
with a new one of the same type
(see Maintenance)
Lid B has been damaged (e.g.
by being dropped on the floor)
Contact the service department
Large amount of
steam is escaping

The grommet B3 is soiled (e.g.
food remains)
Remove the grommet from the
valve
and clean it (see Maintenance)
The grommet B3 is worn out or
damaged
Replace the damaged grommet
with a new one of the same type

The pressure limit valve B4
is set in the position „ Pára
(Steam)“
Set the limit valve to the position
„ Zavřeno (Closed)“
The grommet B12 is soiled (e.g.
food remains)
Take the grommet out of the
valve and clean it (see Mainte-
nance)
Grommet B12 is worn out or
damaged
Replace the damaged grommet
with a new one of the same type
(see Maintenance)
The pressure
cooker is emitting
an unpleasant
odour
The cooking pot C or the heating
plate A3 are soiled
Check and if necessary clean
the contact surfaces of the
cooking pot and the heating
plate
If a serious malfunction occurs on the pressure cooker while it is cooking, the display on
the control panel will show one of the following error codes. If this occurs stop the cooking
process, disconnect the pressure cooker from the el. mains and contact the service
department without delay.
