2. SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION
The ST304-SRP Slow Motion Controller combines the power of the ST300 Slow Motion
Controller using Sony BVW protocol, a larger 4-line display, and with the power of the DDRs that
have simultaneous Record/Playback capability.
The key features are:
• Simultaneous Record and Playback.
• Segment Playout
• Press [EE] to go to live video.
DEFINITIONS
Throughout this document VTR, DDR, VDR & Video Server will be referred to collectively
as “VTR.”
The ST304-SRP will be referred to as “ST300.”
Words surrounded by brackets, for example, [ENTER], are keys on the ST300.
[XXX] + [XXX] means hold the two keys down simultaneously.
