Select the Communication Type.
Serial Communication: Select a COM port and click Continue.
Ethernet Communication: Enter a DNS or IP address and specify a port number. Click Continue.
Enter a Display Name (something descriptive and easy to remember, for example "East Employee
Entrance") and the Display Address in the Display Settings window. In most instances, the display
address will be 1. In all cases the hardware address is shown on the display during boot up. Click
Continue.
Select the correct time zone for display's location.
Greenwich Mean Time is the guide to select the correct time zone. For example, an administrator setting
the correct time zone for a display located in Chicago, which is on Central Time, would select GMT -06:00.
