STANDARD MEDIA KIT ANIMATIONS
All of the standard media kit animations will be loaded onto your Daktronics video display and ready for use.
The Media Kit includes headshot templates, which can be found on the flash drive received when the display equipment was
delivered. To edit and save your headshots you will need to know:
• Your display’s pixel dimensions - this can be found using the chart on page 7.
• Whether or not the system uses a TriCaster.
To Locate Your Headshot Templates
• Find the folder on the flash drive that corresponds with your display’s pixel dimensions and open.
• Within that folder open: “Essentials” > “Headshot Templates”.
• Copy the files located in this folder onto the local hard-drive.
(
Note: It is important to COPY the files so you can return back to the unmodified files on the flash drive later if needed)
If Your System Uses a TriCaster
First refer to the chart on pages 7-8 to determine your display’s aspect ratio.
For widescreen aspect ratio displays (16:9):
• Copy the headshot files from the “486 x 720 Widescreen for TriCaster” folder.
Use these files to create your team’s headshots.
For standard aspect ratio displays (4:3):
• Copy the headshot files from the “486 x 720 Standard for TriCaster” folder.
Use these files to create your team’s headshots.
