Flashing Text
Basic Flashing Text
Select the text you want to add the flashing effect.
Click the Flashing Text button, in the Fonts group, on the Home tab.
From the Flash Rate drop-down menu, select the rate of speed. The default rate of speed is None.
Go the View tab, in the Preview group, click Preview to view the flashing text effect.
Dialog Flashing Text
Select the text or the element containing text where you want to see a flashing effect on the text.
Click the dialog button to reach Font Properties toolset. The Font, Size, Styles, and Font Color tools
have the same functionality as the Fonts group tools.
Note: Click the down arrow next to the Font Color to change the font color.
Select the Flash tab to display the Rate tool.
Set the flash rate by sliding the Rate slider bar.
Click OK.
