Align Blocks of Text

Highlight the text within the text box, layout, or select the whole element containing the text you want to
align.

Click Left Align, Center Horizontally, or Right Align in the Paragraph group, on the Home tab or right-
click to align lines of text.

Select Left Align to align the text to the left of the element or layout.

Select Center Horizontally to align the text to the center of the element or layout.

Select Right Align to align text to the right of the element or layout.
