The user is prompted to select either YES or NO, using the LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys,
then to press ENTER. NOTE: The CSAT will automatically lock to an external 5 or 10
MHz reference independent of the state of this selection. This selection determines
whether or not the Summary Fault Relay is activated if the CSAT looses lock with the
external reference.

The user is prompted to edit the Internal 10MHz Reference setting using the UP/Down
arrow keys, then to press ENTER. The value will scroll between 000 and 255. NOTE:
The Internal Refernece is adjusted in the factory to be very accurate with the default
setting of 087. This parameter is made available to compensate for the long-term
frequency drift of the oscillator.
