Mechanical installation
Installation order:
1. Mount the coil unit on the carriage.
2. Move the carriage to the end of the track. Secure the carriage in such a way as to prevent unwanted
movement.
3. Mount the magnetic plates, which are covered with protective plates, on that part of the track that is
now opposite the carriage. Keep the magnetic plates at least 10 cm away from the coil unit.
4. Remove the protective plates from the mounted magnetic plates.
5. Move the carriage to the other end of the track over the magnetic plates that have just been mounted.
Secure the carriage in such a way as to prevent unwanted movement.
6. Mount the remaining magnetic plates, which are covered with protective plates.
7. Remove the protective plates from the mounted magnetic plates.
8. Mount the connections for the water cooling on the coil unit (optional).
9. Attach the cables.

Observe the following notes before beginning assembly. Deviations from flatness of the surface on which the
coil unit will rest must be less than 0.1 mm. The coil unit must be assembled parallel to the magnetic plate.
Parallelism must be closer than 0.20 mm. The sides of the coil unit, or the round holes in the supporting
