Hardware Preparation and Installation
2.1 Overview
This chapter describes applicable environmental and power requirements and the installation
and removal procedures of the RTM.
2.2
Unpacking and Inspecting the Board
1. Make sure that you have received all the items of your shipment.
2. Check for damage and report any damage or differences to the customer service.
3. Remove the desiccant bag that is shipped with the module, and then dispose of it
according to your country's legislation.
2.3 Environmental Requirements
Make sure that the board, when operated in your particular system configuration, meets the

Electrostatic discharge and incorrect installation and removal of the product can damage
circuits or shorten their life.
Before touching the product make sure that your are working in an ESD-safe environment
or wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD shoes. Hold the product by its edges and do not touch any
components or circuits.
The product is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If any damage occurred during
transportation or any items are missing, contact customer service immediately.
