Set timer to wait before sending ASF_GET_BOOT_OPTIONS.

Enables or disables alert specification format.
Activate Remote Assistance Process
Enables or disables Trigger CIRA boot.
USB Configure
Enables or disables USB configure function.
PET Progress
Enables or disables PET Events progress to receive PET event.
