System Information
This is where you can find the HD DVR’s serial number, Receiver ID number, the
manufacturer and model number, the software version, information about recent service
calls, and the HD DVR’s storage capacity. You’ll need some of this information if you
contact Customer Care for support. You can use CHAN UP/DOWN to move through the
whole screen.
