CLAMP ASSEMBLY

Install a 3" screw (MF032) thru the countersunk hole of

the Clamp Pads (200A). Install a lock washer (WL001) and nut
(NUT015) on each screw and tighten. Screw a Knob (5521) all
the way on to both of the 2-1/2" Bolts (HB058). Starting from
the side of the Clamp Pad with the countersunk hole, thread the 2-
1/2" bolt into the threaded hole in each Clamp Pad. If your table
is 3/4" thick (Woodhaven's Phenolic Table), leave approximately
7/8" of the bolt projecting from the Clamp Pad. If your table is
1-1/8" thick (Woodhaven's MDF Table), leave approximately
1-1/4" of the bolt projecting from the Clamp Pad. For any other
table, the bolt should project from the Clamp Pad approximately
1/8" more than the thickness of the table. See fig. 10.

Insert the 3" screw attached to the Clamp Pad through

the hole shown at each end of the Adjuster Bracket. Install
two 1/4" Spacers (BUSH1250), a 1" Washer (WFN002)
and a 3" Knob (5560) on each 3" screw to complete the
assembly. With thicker tables you will need to remove
one or both of the 1/4" Spacers. See fig. 11 & 12.

FINE TUNE CLAMP PADS

The Clamp Pads are fine tuned for your table thickness by

turning the 2-1/2" bolt up or down. Always make sure the top
of the bolt is in the blind hole in the underside of the Adjuster
Plate. When the bolt is adjusted correctly, the 3" knob will pull
the Clamp Pad flat, or at a slight inward angle, against the bottom
of the table. Tighten the knob on the bolt against the underside
of the Clamp Pad when done adjusting. See fig. 11 & 12.

replace the standard fence
clamps at any time. They bolt
on to existing holes in your
Adjuster Plate and allow faster
and easier fence clamping.
