BEFORE BEGINNING

Read the instructions at least once, familiarizing

yourself with the parts and assembly steps, before
beginning. The Fence Adjuster is designed to attach to
our 202, 203 or 204 Router Fences. You'll need a #3
Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16" wrench for assembly.

FENCE ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

Insert two 5/8" screws (MF006) and 2" screws

(MF030) through the holes shown in the Adjuster
Plate (210A) and start an oval nut (5760B - flat side
first) on the ends of each screw. See fig. 1.

Slide the 5-7/8" One Tracks (210C) on to the

oval nuts, with the hole in the end of each One Track
positioned over the end of each 2" screw. Square one of
the One Tracks to the Adjuster Plate, then tighten the two
screws holding it to the Adjuster Plate. See fig. 2.

Place the 16" Ultra Track (4416) against the tightened

One Track. Insert a piece of paper between the opposite edge
of the Ultra Track and the One Track that was not tightened,
then tighten the screws on the second One Track. Remove
the paper and check that the Ultra Track slides smoothly
between the One Tracks without any excessive side-to-side
play. Remove the Ultra Track when finished. See fig. 3.

Install a hex nut (NUT015) on each 2" screw and hand

tighten it against the One Track, then install a brass washer
(WB002) and 1/8" spacer (BUSH001) on each screw.

Insert a 3/4" bolt (HB020) through the hole in the Top Bracket

(210B - from the flat side) and install a brass washer (WB002)
and ratchet handle (5860) on the end of the bolt. Install the Top
Bracket on the 2" screws (with the beveled edge farthest away
from the fences dust port), followed by a 1/8" spacer (BUSH001),
a washer (WB002) and an acorn nut (NUT006).

Insert the 1/2" bolt (HB010) through the hole in the ruler

bar (210D) and place the washer (WS001) and a thumb nut (5521)
on the bolt. Slide the bolt head of the ruler bar in the T-slot
indicated in the Ultra Track, positioned about 2" from the end, and
tighten for now. Install a 3/8" spacer (BUSH050) on each of the
two remaining 3/4" bolts, followed by a brass washer (WB002)
and a thumb nut (5521). Insert one of the bolts in the T-slot of
the Ultra Track, positioned even with the knob of the ruler bar
for now, to serve as a front stop. Install the remaining bolt after
completing step 7, this will serve as the back stop.
