Use envelopes with flap depths between 1" and 3 7/8"
(25.4 mm and 98.4 mm ).
Seal Only mode is
not working.
Moistening bottle is out of
E-Z Seal® Sealing Solu-
tion.
Refill moistening bottle with E-Z Seal® Sealing Solu-
tion.
Envelopes not correctly
placed in slot.
Make sure envelope flaps are placed behind the feed
deck into slot.
Sealing solution is
leaking.
Solution bottle cap not
secured tightly.
Tighten the solution bottle cap.
Solution was poured
directly into the tank or
there is a leak in the solu-
tion tubing.
