• On all gates weighing 250 lb. or more, routinely grease

the ball bearing hinges at least 4 times a year; more
frequently if the gates are near a coastal area.

• Apply silicone spray to a soft, dry cloth and clean the

push/pull tube at least once a month.

Circuit Board Senses an

• Stall Force Adjustment
• Disconnect Safety Devices

1 beep with 20 seconds
off

Low Battery Condition

• Transformer or Solar Panel Voltage
• Battery Harness Connections
• Battery Under Load

2 beeps every 2 seconds

Position sensor is short
circuit.

• Arm Power Cable for Damage

1 beep with 2 seconds off

Arm Limit Switch Error

• Connections to Inputs
• Arm Power Cable for Damage

1 beep when attempting
to run the gate

Blown fuse
Battery is low or damaged
Loose Connection

• Check and replace fuse
• Test battery voltage
• Check all connections
