2.1.2 Rear Panel
1. Antenna: 2 attached Antennas for connecting 2.4/5GHz wireless devices.
2. Power: Power port used to connect the provided DC power supply.
3. WAN: 1 WAN RJ-45 Ethernet Port for connecting internet feed.
4. LAN: 4 LAN RJ-45 Ethernet Ports allowing for four local network connections.
5. Reset Button: Used for hard reset or factory default reset. To hard reset the router,
press and release the button. To reset to factory defaults, press and hold this button
for 15 seconds.
CAUTION: Resetting the XWR-600 to factory defaults will remove all
custom settings

2.2 System Requirements

Network Connections: 802.3 Ethernet Enabled Computer or 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless
Enabled Computer

Web Browsers: Supported Web browser versions include I.E. 9, Firefox 25, Safari 5,
Chrome 30, and up. The Web browser is used to confi gure the XWR-600.

Internet: Broadband Internet Service (depending on the service provider, a separate
modem may be required)
2.3 Installation Requirements

Install the XWR-600 in a stable/safe place to avoid any possible damage

Inspect the DC power adapter to ensure that it is correctly connected and
undamaged
„
To avoid electric shock, DO NOT open the XWR-600 housing (no user serviceable
parts inside). Opening the XWR-600 will void your warranty.
