IsiRdct Structure
Defines a read connection table (RDCT) request message used for controlled
enrollment.

IsiScope Enumeration
Specifies the scope of the data types referenced in a CSMO message. This value
represents the scope of the resource file containing the functional profile and
network variable type definitions specified by the Profile and NvType fields.

isiScopeStandard 0 Indicates that the Profile and NvType
values are defined in the standard
resource file
