(15) Vertical compression filter conversion rate input [LCV command]

Due to the use of a compression filter, the conditiortis did

Both LCV0000 and LCV0101 are not convertible.
• Directly changes the vertical filter conversion rate of the data table of the model using the VS
board currently.
• When the conversion rate is changed for DSY, the image compressed by the new conversion rate
will be output.
