Free-motion Stippling is a continuous, meandering line of stitching.
Stippling is seen on quilt tops, quilted craft items and on quilted wearable
art. Stippling creates a flat area, allowing the non-quilted areas to stand
out.

Procedure:
♦ Place fabric and batting in the embroidery hoop, making sure the fabric
is taut.
♦ Place the hoop under the foot, positioning the needle over the starting
point of the design.
♦ Lower the presser foot.
♦Turn the hand wheel forward to bring up the bobbin thread through the
fabric. Sew a few securing stitches at the starting point.
♦ Begin sewing, guiding the hoop to create a meandering line of stitches.
