BLOCK OF WOOD
REPLACING CUTTER BLADES
WARNING:
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, TURN
SWITCH "OFF" AND REMOVE PLUG FROM POWER
SOURCE OUTLET BEFORE ADJUSTING,MAINTAIN
ING, OR LUBRICATING YOUR JOINTER-PLANER.
1. Remove tfelt guard.
2. Position fence to right . . . approximately 1/4 in.
beyond cutter blades . . . lock it in place.
3. Lower infeed table all the way down.
4. Place block of wood 6-3/4 in. long between cutter-
guard and tence.
HOLD PULLEY
FIRMLY
5. Hold cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand and
loosen lockscrews in each wedge using a 5/32 in.
setscrew wrench.

6. While holding cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand,
gently pry up each wedge using a screwdriver... re
move wedges and blades.
