ERROR CODE #11 - REVERSING VALVE FAILURE (38QV HEAT PUMPS ONLY)
REASON:
INDOOR THERMISTOR DOES NOT DROP IN TEMPERATURE AFTER SYSTEM STARTUP (COOL
MODE ONLY) see Note 1.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1) Reversing valve stuck.
2) Reversing valve coil not energizing.
3) Indoor thermistor not installed property.

1) Error code may not appear until up to 5 minutes after startup.
