PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and decontaminate items to insure the safety of the handler.

Complete and include the Cleaning Certificate.

Place the product in a plastic bag to keep out dirt and packing material.

Use a large carton, preferably the original, and surround the product completely with
packing material.

Insure for the replacement value of the product.
