Media Commands
The Media Commands are built-in/predefined commands and should not be changed unless instructed by a
certified installation representative.
Automation and Macros
This section controls the bottom four buttons on the Manager Screen. Use the device’s pop-downs to select either
the Automation or Macro device, and use the Command pop-down to select which macro to execute. Refer to the
next section for programming macro numbers.
Commands Screen / Set and Edit
This screen is where you enter the actual text commands that will be sent to the devices and displayed on the RTH.
In some cases the Automation and Macros devices might be the same. There are 8 Automation commands and 8
Macro commands therefore allowing 16 different definable buttons. These commands are displayed in the
respective screen button assignment and device type on the RTH-100. The user can allocate 4 of the 16 commands
on the Manager’s screen of the RTH-100 by selecting the device type and macro number.
Automation Commands
In this section you enter the actual button text and commands that will be sent to the automation device. The
numbered buttons beside the fields denote the position on the RTH-100 automation device screen as well as the
number to use while setting up the buttons for the Manager screen, the macro number assignment. The command
field contains two parts; one defines the button text and the other the device command. They are separated by a
colon character.
