Wireless Configuration
The Wireless Configuration section allows the technician to change the Passphrase. Note that changes to the
Passphrass will require a re-coding of each RTH-100 that is in the system. USL suggests only changing this value if a
handheld was lost or stolen.
Note that the SSID and Protocol settings are grayed out since they are not configurable values. When there is an
issue with wireless range and or coverage, a change the Wireless Channel is the recommended solution. Changes
to the channel will not affect the RTH-100 connections and will not require re-coding the RTHs.
Location and Passcode
The Location and Passcode section determines the displayed heading for this
Theater and passcode to access the configuration settings. Type in a name you
designate for the specific RTP-100 location – no spaces. Then change the Passcode
from the default “0000” and save. The next time user logs into this utility you will
be prompted for the current passcode setting.
Reboot Button
The Reboot Button is for when you have completed all the settings and want to start
testing communication with the devices on the network.
Manager Screen Settings
The Manager Screen Controls are for the various buttons
located on the main “Manager” screen of the RTH-100
(handheld unit). In most cases you will not need to change any of the default values;
however, we provide this screen to allow for customization for specific situations.
Lights and Fader Commands
The Lights and Fader Commands are set behind the scenes and should not be changed unless instructed by a
certified installation representative.
