ASSEMBLE THE
WING
Install Flaps

Cut the included 2" x 9" [51 x 229 mm]
CA hing

into 3/4" x 1" [19 x 25 mm] hinges as sho
wn in

wing.
Clip the cor
ners of each hinge to allo

them to fit in the hinge slots easier

Locate the holes and slots f
or the
flap joiner
wire
at the inside leading edge of both flaps and tr
im
the co
v
e
ring a
w
a
y.

ily install CA hinges

into each of the pre-cut hinge slots in the
flaps

est fit the flap joiner wire (the larger of the tw
o
included joiner wires) into the joiner wire holes with the control hor
n pointing up
.

ily attach the flaps to the wing b

sliding the CA hinges into their matching pre-cut slots

ailing edges of the flaps from the end
of the wing.
See if the flaps are par
allel with each
other (ha

If necessar

eak”, or bend the joiner to align the flaps
.
Be sure
to remo

e the joiner wire from the flaps bef
ore
attempting to bend it.

Remo
v
e
the hinges and tr
im the co
v
e
ring from
the pre-cut CA hinge slots both on the wing and the flaps
.
D
rill a 3/32" [2.4 mm] hole into the center of
each hinge slot.

Inser
t the hinges into the slots in both flaps
.
Use
a
T
-pin to help k
eep the hinges centered in the slots
dur
ing assemb
ly
.
