Selects continuous output if desired (see COMMUNICATION: Output Formats).
RS
Selects the serial interface (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
B
Selects the baud rate (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
P
Selects the parity (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
DBIT
Selects the data bits (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
FC
Selects flow control if desired (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
STTN
The station number may be used to uniquely identify an indicator. It must be used in
RS-485 applications (see COMMUNICATION: Serial Interface).
To modify the station number:
1. Select “STTN T” and press the PRINT key.
2.
The current station number is displayed.
3.
The station number may be modified using one of the following methods:
a.
Enter the new station number using the ZERO, TARE, and UNITS keys.
b.
Enter the new station number using the 0-9, and BS keys.
4.
Press the PRINT key to save the station number.
If the station number is 00 then the station number is not used.
SN
The serial number may be used to uniquely identify a printed ticket (see COMMUNICATION:
Output Formats).
To modify the serial number:
1. Select “SN T” and press the PRINT key.
2. The current serial number is displayed.
3. The serial number may be modified using one of the following methods:
c.
Enter the new serial number using the ZERO, TARE, and UNITS keys.
d.
Enter the new serial number using the 0-9, and BS keys.
4.
Press the PRINT key to save the serial number.
If the serial number is 00000 then the serial number is not used.
