DometicSanitationCorporationwarrants,totheoriginalpurchaseronly,thatthisDometicportabletoilet,ifusedfor
personal,familyorhousehold-likepurposes,andifinstalledaccordingtoDometic’srecommendedprocedures,isfree
fromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateofpurchase.
IfthisDometicproductisplacedincommercialorbusinessuse,itwillbewarranted,totheoriginalpurchaseronly,to
befreeofdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofninety(90)daysfromthedateofpurchase.
Dometicreservestherighttoreplaceorrepairanypartofthisproductthatproves,uponinspectionbyDometic,to
bedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship.Alllaborandtransportationcostsorchargesincidentaltowarrantyservice
aretobebornebythepurchaser-user.
EXCLUSIONS
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMETIC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FOR
DAMAGESRESULTINGFROMIMPROPERINSTALLATION,ORFORDAMAGESCAUSEDBYNEGLECT,ABUSE,
ALTERATION, FOREIGN OBJECTS DEPOSITED IN THE TOILET, OR USE OF UNAUTHORIZED COMPONENTS.
THISINCLUDESFAILURESWHICHMAYRESULTFROMNOTFOLLOWINGTHEWINTERIZATIONORCLEANING
PROCEDURESASDESCRIBEDINTHISMANUAL.ALLIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOF
MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORANYPARTICULARPURPOSE,ARELIMITEDTOAPERIODOFONE(1)YEAR
FROMDATEOFPURCHASE.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Nopersonisauthorizedtochange,addto,orcreateanywarrantyorobligationotherthanthatsetforthherein.Implied
