Setting Mbox Remote Preferences
Open the Mbox Remote Preferences window at any time by clicking the Edit Servers button on the main window or
pressing [
,] on the keyboard.
Monitor HUD

Enable - The Monitor HUD can be toggled on and off by clicking the Enable checkbox in the Preferences window
or by pressing [
M] on the keyboard. It will show a floating window of the Breakout View that is currently
selected (designated by a surrounding white box) in the main window.

Size - The size of the Monitor HUD can be adjusted using the Size field. This allows you to set the main
application window images to be quite small to save space, but still have a large view of the selected server or
layer.
Content Management
The Content Management preferences are used with the Content Management feature. Refer to
on page 127 for more instructions.
Projection Mode
The Projection Mode "Advanced" checkbox is used with the Advanced mode of the Projection Mapping feature,
which does not apply to Mbox Studio. (Mbox Studio can be used with the Projection Mapping Basic mode, but the
Advanced mode can only be used with Mbox Designer.) Therefore, this checkbox should be left unchecked.
