Using the Computer

Turning Off the Computer
When you are finished working or playing on
the computer, it is a good idea to shut down the
computer and turn it off. You can turn off the
computer without pressing any buttons on the
computer chassis.
To Turn Off the Computer
1. Close any open software programs. To close
programs, click the X in the upper-right corner
of each window.
2. Click Start on the taskbar.
3. Click Turn Off Computer.
4. Click Turn Off.
5. Turn off the monitor.

Moving the slide towards Less
increases the size of text on your
screen. Moving the slide towards
More decreases the size of text.
