Upgrading the Computer
To Remove an Expansion Card
1. Complete the procedure described in
“Preparing the Computer” on page 8–2,
but do not remove the front bezel.
❏ To remove an expansion card from the
6000 model, continue to step 2.
❏ To remove an expansion card from the
8000 model, skip to step 3.
2. On the 6000 model, on the rear of the
computer, an expansion bracket cover secures
the expansion slots. To remove this cover,
remove the screw from the bracket cover
