Get Help with Google Play
The Google Play Store app offers an online help option if you have questions or want to
know more about the app.
► Touch > Help and select a browser to use. The Web browser will take you to
the Google Play Help Web page.
Navigation
Your phone offers a number of location-based navigation programs to help you figure
out where you are and get you where you are going.
Turn Location Mode On
Before using any location-based services, you must enable your phone’s GPS location
feature.
Touch Home > > Settings > Location access. 1.
Touch the OFF icon next to Access to my location. 2.
Read the message displayed and touch Agree to enable GPS satellites. 3.
Read the second message displayed and touch Agree to enable Wi-Fi & mobile 4.

You also need to enable Google's location settings when you use any Google apps for
location-based services.
To let Google apps access your location:
Touch Home > > Settings > Google > Location settings. 1.
Touch the OFF icon next to Let Google apps access your location to enable the 2.

Google Maps
Use the Google Maps app to determine your location, find directions, browse local
businesses and attractions, rate and review places, and more.
Open Google Maps
Touch Home > > Maps. 1.
When you open the Google Maps apps for the first time, the Welcome to Google 2.
Maps screen will appear. Touch Accept & continue if you agree to the Terms of
Service and Privacy Policy.
