Assist Button
With this feature you can program an ASSIST button on your telephone that will let
you send a message to an LCD speakerphone.
· To program an assist button,
1. PRESS
INTERCOM AND DIAL

2. PRESS programmable button you want as assist button.

4. CHOOSE form one of the following options to
select the type of message that will be delivered
with the ASSIST button:
• DIAL

to choose system-provided mes-
sage ( ASSIST plus name or extension number
of station sending message)
• DIAL keypad number (

2
,
3
etc.) to
choose preprogrammed message (see atten-
dant or table on page 43 for list of LCD messages).
5. IF one particular station must always receive message, DIAL
extension number of that station.
6. PRESS
SPEAKER to end.
