This Holux receiver has been modified by Juniper
Systems to allow it to plug directly into an Allegro
Field PC. The cable has been shortened and a
different connector has been attached.

This M-215+ receiver must be attached to COM 1
on the Allegro. The COM 1 port supplies the power
needed to use the receiver. This receiver does not
operate on COM 2.
The Data format output by this receiver is NMEA at
4800 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit. It uses the
WGS84 Datum.
This receiver is intended to be used with the Juniper
Systems GPS antenna bracket. See the bracket
instructions to mount the bracket onto the Allegro.
The GPS receiver has a built in magnet that holds the
receiver to this bracket.
There is an orange status light on the top of the
receiver. The table below indicates how to interpret
this status light:

Juniper Systems warrants this GPS receiver to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship,
under normal intended use, for 90 days from date of
shipment.
