Installation Menu
{Secondary Menu
To access into the secondary menu, you have to press and hold the install button for about 2 seconds. The
following modes are available in the secondary menu : Demonstration, Colour System selection and the Reset
mode.
A. Demonstration Mode
This function demonstrates one after another in a sequential order of the essential features of your TV.
1. Press and hold the install button for about 2
seconds.
The word DEMO is highlighted in yellow.

3. Press the control + button to start the
demonstration mode.

When the demonstration mode is switched on, the word PHILIPS DEMONSTRATION in red will be displayed on
the screen in between each menu mode.
4. To stop the demonstration at any time, press the
install button on the TV or the power { (!) )
button on the remote control.
B. Colour System Selection
(for Trinorma set only)
If during Automatic or Manual Tuning, the selected colour is distorted due to different TV transmission system,
proceed with the following operations to restore the correct colour for the respective transmission.
1. Select the channel number you want to rectify the
colour system.
2. Press and hold the install button continuously
for about 2 seconds, to activate the secondary
menu; then press the control + or — button to
highlight the COL menu.
