Parameter Function
Wireless type You can select from the dropdown list.
Enable Please check the box to enable the selected function.
APN Please input the connection name here.
Dial/SMS activate state
There are two types for the device to connect to the 3G. It includes
the dial-up and sms.
Dial-up number Please input 3G network dialup number here.
Username The user name for you to login the 3G network.
Password The password for you to login the 3G network.
Keep alive time You can set dialup duration.
Once you disable the extra stream, the connection time begins. For
example, if you input 5 seconds here, then 3G network connection
period is 5 seconds. The device automatically disconnect when time is
up. If there is no extra stream, 3G network connection is valid all the
time. If the alive time is 0, then the 3G network connection is valid all
the time.
Period Click set button, the interface is shown as in Figure 7-55.
You can set the period to connect to the 3G network. System only
enables wireless network dialup function during the specified period.
There are max six periods in one day.
Login
status You can see device has registered to the 3G network or not.
IP address After the Radius server verification, you can see the device IP
address the DHCP server allocated to.
Subnet
mask After the Radius server verification, you can see the device subnet
mask the DHCP server allocated to.

Gateway After the Radius server verification, you can see the device gateway
the DHCP server allocated to.
CDMA_1X
signal You can view current 3G network signal.

After the device connected to the EVDO module，you can view
CDMA_1x network signal.
z After the device connected to the W-CDMA or TD module，you can
view the EDGE network signal.

signal You can view current 3G network signal.
z After the device connected to the EVDO module，you can view
EVDO signal.
