BATTERY REPLACEMENT INFORMATION
The remote control battery should last for at least one year of normal everyday
operation. Replace the battery when remote operation becomes intermittent.
The back up battery in the main unit should be replaced every two years. A fresh
battery can retain the clock, timer, and preset station memories for up to 20 days
without AC power.
The replacement battery information is as follows:
• Remote Control:
3 Volt Lithium Battery, Type CR2032 or equivalent.
• Main Unit:
3 Volt Lithium Battery, Type CR1616 or equivalent.
These are standard replacement batteries, available wherever batteries are sold.
SPEAKER CONNECTION
The speaker cables and the speaker terminals are color coded for your convenience
1. Connect the gray (positive) wire of the left and right speaker to the corresponding
gray (positive) terminals on the back of the main unit.
2. Connect the black (negative) wire of the left and right speaker to the
corresponding black (negative) terminals on the back of the main unit.
Press down on the colored tab to open the terminal, insert the bare wire into the
opening above the tab, and release the tab to lock the wire in place. Be sure not
to cross the wires or to insert two wires in the same terminal.
