Setting The Alarm Time And Alarm Source (Radio/Buzzer/CD)

The timer in this system can be set to wake you to the Radio, a Buzzer alarm, or

the CD player. In addition, if you choose to ‘Wake to CD’, you can select the

specific track to be played at the wake up time. If you choose ‘Wake to Radio’ you

can select the specific band, preset station that you will hear at the wake up time.

NOTE: The Alarm Time can be adjusted with the system power ‘On’ or ‘Off’.

1. Press the MODE button once. The display will

flash “AL TIME” and “12:00” (AM)

2. Press the

buttons to set the desired wake-up hour. Be sure to

observe the PM indicator to set the Hour correctly. If the PM indicator appears

the time displayed is “PM”. If the PM indicator does not appear the time

displayed is “AM”.

3. Press the “VOL +” or “VOL –” buttons to set the desired wake up minute.

4. Press the MODE button once more. The Alarm

Source Selector appears on the display. Press

“VOL +” or “VOL –” buttons to select the

desired alarm source, BUZZER, RADIO, or

CD.

5. Press ALM ON/OFF button to turn ‘On’ alarm.

6. Press the MEM button to return to the current

Time/Temperature, Tuner, or CD display.

To Set Or Cancel The Wake Up Alarm

1. Press the MODE button once. The previously

set wake up time will flash. Adjust the alarm

time as described above if necessary.

2. Press the MODE button again. The previously selected alarm source will flash.

Select the desired source if necessary.
