Select the Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list check box,
and select the Next button.
Note: While Windows 2000 can automatically detect modems, we advise
against using this option as auto-detect feature may cause some
multiprocessor systems to lock up.

Select the appropriate manufacturer and model, and select the OK button. If
the correct manufacturer and model do not appear on the list, select the Have
Disk button to install software from a manufacturer-supplied installation
diskette.
