items. The clerk asks the store manager to turn the Mode Lock to [_^| position* and

registers all the items, one by one, tracing the customer's receipt or returned items. The
contents of the two receipts are same except that the Negative Mode Header is printed on the
right one. The total amount in the right-side receipt indicates the amount to be refunded
to the customer.
