Connecting the Required Electrical Components (4 Boiler Version)

1. Refer to Figure 6 illustrating the Boiler I/O Box and locate the Auxiliary (AUX) Relay

terminals on the lower right terminal strip.

2. Connect the NO (Normally Opened) and COM (Common) terminals of the AUX Relay (on

the Boiler I/O Box) to the appropriate terminals of the Boiler Valve Controller as shown in

Figures 6 and 8. Tables summarizing the connection terminals on the BVC follow.

3. Next, refer to Figure 8 and connect the CLOSE/OPEN/COMMON terminals in each MOV

to the appropriate terminals in the BVC. Tables summarizing the connection terminals on

the BVC follows:

4. Finally, refer to Figure 8 and connect the Delayed Interlock terminals (DELAYED INTL’K

IN) in the Boiler I/O Box (Figure 6) to the Open End Switch terminals on the

corresponding MOV.
