Connecting the Required Electrical Components (4 Boiler Version)

1.

Refer to Figure 6 illustrating the Boiler I/O Box and locate the Auxiliary (AUX) Relay

terminals on the lower right terminal strip.

Connect the NO (Normally Opened) and COM (Common) terminals of the AUX Relay (on

the Boiler I/O Box) to the appropriate terminals of the Boiler Valve Controller as shown in

Figure 6 and Figure 8. Tables summarizing the connection terminals on the BVC follow.

Next, refer to Figure 8 and connect the CLOSE/COMMON terminals in each MOV to the

appropriate terminals in the BVC. A table summarizing the connection terminals on the BVC

follows:

Finally, refer to Figure 8 and connect the Delayed Interlock terminals (DELAYED INTL’K IN)

in the Boiler I/O Box (Figure 6) to the Open End Switch terminals on the corresponding

MOV.
